What's new

A running log of features, improvements and fixes as we ship them.

  1. Improved

A reason to come back: weekly scheme roundups & a smarter dashboard

    • Everyone is now set up for scheme alerts from day one — onboarding asks which sectors you're targeting, and you can change or switch them off any time in Settings.
    • Weekly personalised scheme roundup (Sunday evening) covering new listings and anything closing soon that isn't already on your tracker. No matches means no email.
    • New day-3 nudge showing the graduate deadlines closing soonest if your tracker is still empty.
    • Re-engagement emails now reach every inactive user, with copy that adapts to whether you have applications, a CV on file, or neither.
    • Dashboard opens with a 'Since your last visit' summary: schemes that opened, schemes closing within seven days, and your own deadlines in the next fortnight.
    • New early re-engagement email for users who haven't returned after 7 days and have no applications, pointing them to live schemes with the nearest deadlines.
    • Dashboard now bridges CV users with no applications straight back to their matched schemes, so a high ATS score turns into a tracked application.
    • Homepage SEO refined so the dedicated graduate scheme tracker page ranks for its target keyword instead of competing with the homepage.
    • New guide: 'When Do Graduate Schemes Open? A Month-by-Month UK Calendar'.
  2. New

Referrals, smarter scheme database & automated deadline nudges

    • Referral programme: invite a friend and you both get one free month of Pro access. Rewards stack and never downgrade an active paid subscription.
    • Scheme database now shows live status badges (Open / Closing Soon / Closed) and a 'last verified' timestamp, plus new filters for sector, location, degree, grade, visa sponsorship and work mode.
    • Automated deadline reminders: get one email five days before a tracked application closes, with a direct link back to your tracker.
    • Daily new-scheme digest: opt in to a single 9am email whenever new graduate schemes match your saved sector, location and scheme-type preferences.
    • One-off CV re-check nudge for users who haven't logged in for 21 days, with a simple opt-out in Settings.
    • Stripe Checkout for Pro and University subscriptions, plus an internal product-analytics dashboard to see how features are being used.
    • More realistic, evidence-based AI CV reviews: recommendations now cite your actual CV details and won't push elite-tier roles unless your profile genuinely supports them.
  3. New

Guides section & sharper tool-page SEO

    • New Guides section at /blog with three in-depth reads: the 2026 UK graduate scheme calendar, a situational judgement test playbook, and a first-year spring weeks guide.
    • Guides now linked from the main nav so they're one click away.
    • Rewritten page titles, meta descriptions and Open Graph tags on the graduate scheme tracker, CV ATS checker and assessment centre prep pages — every free tool is now indexable against the searches candidates actually type.
    • Structured data (SoftwareApplication, FAQ, Blog, BlogPosting, BreadcrumbList) across landing, guides and tool pages for richer Google results.
  4. New

Contact form, changelog & privacy-friendly analytics

    • New Contact page linked from the footer for bug reports and questions.
    • This changelog — a running log of what's shipping.
    • Cookie-free usage analytics so we can improve the app based on real behaviour.
    • Email verification prompts and a resend-link button on log in.
    • First-time onboarding walkthrough on the dashboard.
  5. Improved

    Account controls & mobile polish

    • Delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
    • Hamburger navigation on mobile and tablet.
    • Zod validation on the sign-up and application forms with inline errors.
    • robots.txt and sitemap.xml for search engines.
